Christian 7 months

What an awesome day to be 7 months, on the 4th of July. This guy is such a lovey, dovey, smiley boy. He is a pretty happy baby and still loves to eat. We started on baby food and he's getting the hang of it. He loves sweet potatoes and green beans mixed in with oatmeal.





Christian is pretty messy eater. He loves to sit in his chair but loves to rock backand forth so its hard to get him to sit still long enough to get the spoon in his mouth. He always smiles when I do the sign for 'all done' he will grab my hands and just laugh.

Christian is getting his first bottom tooth in and has been cranky and I think it affects his sleep. Still not sleeping through the night and when the first tooth was coming in he would wake up every 2 hours.....not fun. But he seems to be handling it pretty well.

Christian LOVES to be outside. He loves to watch all the birds fly and just look at everything around him. He loves to sit and just play while Julia is running all over the place. He has a good time and looks so cute in his blue hat.

He LOVES to play in his saucer still. He has strong legs and just loves to stand and then rock it back and forth. He loves to play with the balls and throw them all over the place. This is a great shot of him chillin in the saucer trying to turn around and look at daddy for a picture.

Christian has been sitting like a pro for awhile. While sitting he loves to take a toy or even hishand and just slap his leg. He talks more and loves to grunt when he is trying to get your attention or after he has done something he is proud of. He loves the water too, just like Julia. While he is laying down he loves to raise both legs in the air and let them drop and just splash the water everywhere.

He loves it when he sees Julia. He will just watch her and follow her around the room. He loves to seeDaddy when he gets home from work. And he's a momma's boy for now. If I leave the room or am outof view he will cry and then once he settles down and sees me again he just starts to bawl. Or if he thinks you are coming over to pick him up and then just walk right on by he crys to. Its cute and nice to be needed. I stilllove to rock him to sleep. He fights it for about 5 mins and then settles right down and falls asleep everytime. I love his smile and his laugh. I just can't get enough of those chubby cheeks either!
