Pumpkins and Falling Leaves..........

I just really can't get enough of this weather we are having. It's been perfect. Cool enough to throw on a light coat or long sleeves but still warm enough to play and be outside without a coat! The colder weather was right around the corner and so I thought we could go on a little walk after Julia got out of school early.

I don't think Christian has ever really played in the leaves. He loved it when Julia would throw them up high in the air.

We headed down to the park to play in all the leaves and we got a few pictures. It was low key and fun to capture the kids having fun. We decided to meet Layne down at Macy's to pick out a few pumpkins to carve this year. We got to the store and Julia was climbing all over the pumpkins. Christian had to follow suit and was following right behind Julia. We saw all different kinds of pumpkins, long stemmed ones, oblong ones, big fat round ones too. They had fun picking out their pumpkins. Then we grabbed a little dinner and an ice cream cone for family night. It's always fun to be together as a family and create memories at the holidays!
Having fun in the pumpkin patch!
