4th of July........

Kids help put out the flag this morning and of course I had to get the annual pictures just because its one of my favorite holidays! It was kinda low key this year but fun nonetheless. We actually got some fireworks from the store and I think Julia won some from something I can't remember so we tried some out at home......boy was it exciting! We caught some of it on video and those colored smoke bombs were not like they were back in my day....take about duds!! We had a few good laughs! But for my kids, the sparklers are always the best part. Then when it got dark enough we just watched all the firework shows from our yard. All the neighbors put on a pretty good show. Happy 4th!
