Temple Square

Last week we all took a trip up to Temple Square to see the lights. We met up with Layne's friend from HS, Mark Woolley. It was a fun trip and it was great to meet Mark and his family. It was especially nice because they have a little girl Julia's age and they bonded and became fast friends. They kept each other busy. 

Last time we were in SLC was to visit gma and gpa Cromwell and Julia had see the "train" and was dying to ride it. So when we went up to see the lights we got to ride the "train." Julia was so excited and could hardly contain herself. It was a very cold night so everyone is pretty bundled up. Chrisitan did pretty good as long as we were moving. But he was a little bundled mummy for the night.

This was our family shot. Like I said Christian was not happy when we stood still. So he's just a tad upset. But it was a good shot. I love all the red and white decorated trees, so pretty.

Its always nice to get up and see the lights each year. And it certainly wasn't as cold or as crowded as the last time we went. It was a great family night out.
